Glendalough Monastic Site: Guide to sources

Wicklow Library Service is delighted to announce a new guide to sources relating to the Monastic site of Glendalough compiled by Local Studies Librarian Gerlanda Maniglia. It includes listings of books, articles and links to relevant videos and websites which offer an overview of the history and development of the site.

Listings are based primarily on material available from the Local Studies Collection along with resources provided by the Heritage Office and other heritage groups. It does not represent an exhaustive listing but should be considered as a snapshot of material identified by the Local Studies Librarian.

Copies of the guides are available for download from this page or a hard copies can be picked up from the new Local Studies Library on Salthouse Lane in Wicklow Town.
