My Best Friend

My best friend is dead.

Who can I talk to instead?

I have some various fragmentary friends, will they come around in the end?

Should I cheer up or shut up?

About the loving cup.

Some of my acquaintances are not bad.

Not completely mad.

What do I want from a friend?

A listening ear, consideration and encouragement I suppose.

God knows.

I have on more than one occasion sung a song.

With music you can’t go wrong.

Without a friend must I do everything alone?

Who can I call on the phone?

Ok so some guy just gave me good news, at least he did not say shut up.

The main thing is never give up.
