Arklow School's PURE Music
Creating environmental awareness through music is the aim of the latest initiative from PURE. The project gives the students of Wicklow a chance to raise awareness about their local environment while also showcasing and developing their musical talents. Pure Music Environmental Training Programme is a two day environmental/music training programme for teenagers (13 to 18 years old) who are involved in a music class, play a musical instrument, in a band, or sing. This training programme is for a maximum of 10 students, ideally suited to a secondary school music class. All the school need to provide is the venue for the training programme. All other equipment is supplied by Pure and music facilitators.
