Author and Ecologist Christopher Moriarty was the first scientist to ever research the fish stocks in the newly created lake of Poulaphuca after the drowning of the valley. What he found there was both fascinating, illustrative of fish ecology into the future, and a glimpse into what had happened in the distant past.
