County Wicklow Event Guide for National Heritage Week

All are welcome to attend the launch of the County Wicklow Event Guide for National Heritage Week on Monday 8th August @ 5.00 pm in the Brockagh Centre, Laragh.

National Heritage Week is running from 20-28th August with an extensive  range of events happening all over County Wicklow. Pick up a copy of the free event guide at the launch or at a tourist office,  library or council building near you in the coming weeks and use it to plan you visit to one of the many exhibitions, talks, re-enactments, craft demonstrations, musical performances,  tours, hands on archaeological excavations and surveys taking place.

This event is being held in association with the Glendalough Heritage Forum and coincides with the official launch of Glendalough: An Age Old Attraction a fascinating exhibition of historic photographs from the National Library’s collection depicting visitors to the Glendalough valley over the last 100 years and more.
