Wicklow Newt Survey Workshop

Calling all wildlife enthusiasts! The Irish Wildlife Trust are holding a newt survey workshop at Roundwood Community Centre on Sunday 28th April at 12pm. This workshop is part of a nationwide survey to encourage people to sign up as volunteers to carry out some basic surveying for newts in their localities. Attendance is free for IWT members. If you think you know where there are newts or would like to survey a pond or drain near you then please contact Seán on newts@iwt.ie or ring 087 9207583 to register. No previous surveying experience is required.
