My Ancestors...My heroes

My ancestors who emigrated to the United States in 1849 were Edward Bennett and Honora Byrne from Wicklow, Ireland.  During a time where the Great Potato Famine was in its fourth year, my ancestors seemed to have the strength and courage to survive.  Then they pressed on to a new country, which had to be so scary.  There they found a plot of land in Albany, New York, and raised a family.  Although neither held high office or did anything to make the history books, they are truly my heroes.
