WW1; Grandfather
Can anyone help me?
I am looking for relatives or anyone who knows the family of James Fitzhenry Baird born 26th Feb 1890 went to Scotland and joined the Army 1914.
I have soldiers first ww1 pass book as my grandmother gave it to me but there are a lot of blanks to fill in.
He is buried abroad I know where but the rest is history.

many thanks for response Deirdre . Soldiers passbook ww1 shows he was born in Dublin County Wicklow.So far found war grave in Salonika Greece but don’t seem to be getting anywhere with the Irish side of things…..funny though my relations on my grandmothers side were Burns! It must be meant for me to stay on this side.
