New Wicklow Branch of BridWatch Ireland

Dear Wicklow Branch member,

A newly formed Committee of the Wicklow Branch of BirdWatch Ireland is in place following Niall Keogh’s call-out to members in August.  Joe Lennon is the incoming Chair, Con Hogan, Darren Ellis, Justin Ivory and Clodagh Duffy are new Committee members.   Great thanks and appreciation are due to Niall Keogh for keeping the Branch going despite his hectic schedule and his move to Galway, Niall has agreed to remain on the Committee in an advisory role until next summer.

The Branch is planning on holding talks in the Glen View Hotel on the 2nd Tuesday of every month with the 1st talk on November 14th, details below.  Admission to indoor meetings is free and open to everyone; however, we would be very grateful for any contribution made towards covering the cost of the meeting room.  There will also be regular outings in Co. Wicklow and farther afield.
